COMPULSORY WEEKLY MEMBERSHIP CARD € 20,00 for adults, € 9,00 for children from 5 up to 14 years, free of charge for children from 0 to 5 years. This card grants admittance to various sporting activities (fitness, swimming-pool, tennis court, table tennis, Baby and Junior Club, dancing
lessons for groups, tennis- and beach-volley tournaments organized by the Gabbiano Beach Hotel) and to a place in our parking lot.
EVENING ENTERTAINMENT: dancing parties, cabaret, games and other events .
COMPULSORY DEPOSIT: € 100,00. Compulsory final cleaning € 32,00 for 1-room Cottage; € 40,00 for all other accommodations (the kitchenette / kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery etc. has to be cleaned by the lodgers themselves).
BED LINEN: € 7,00 per change/ person.

Bed linen, towels and a coffee percolator are not available. Two chalets are always grouped together.
Wooden 2-room-cottage for 4 persons. Bedroom with a double bed, living room with two beds, kitchenette equipped with a fridge, dishes and cutlery. Bathroom with hot showers. Covered porch. Bed linen, towels and a coffee percolator are not available.3-room-cottage for 4 persons - Similar to the 2-room cottage, but with an additional bedroom.
Mobile home for 4 persons, made of aluminium and isolating materials (22 m2), consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a small room with bunk beds, a large living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with hot showers and a large porch.
Villetta with two rooms for 4 persons in masonry. Consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a couch changeable into a double bed, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, dishes, cutlery. Wardrobes. Exterior porch. Bathroom with hot and cold water. Bed linen, towels and a coffee percolator are not available. The Villettas are arranged in groups. An additional bed can be provided.
